Luxterra Electrical, Inc. became a corporation in the state of Virginia in 1992 under the direction of Herbert W. Rowe, President and co-founder.  Day-to-day management of Luxterra has continued to be his responsibility.  Herb is a master electrician with an excess of 45 years expereince providing management of electrical construction work.  Under his leadership, Luxterra enjoys an excellent relationship within all areas of the construction industry.

 

In addition to Herb, Luxterra maintains a staff consisting of Vice President and co-founder Mark Sanders, Vice President Nick Sanders, Vice President Steve Smith, Project Manager Jim Duckworth, Estimator/Project Managers David Krause and Brian Cox and Office Manager Karen Robertson.  We currently have 7 Master Electricians on staff and 8 Journeyman Electricians. Through the efforts of our combined experience and expertise, Luxterra has been able to produce the best possible electrical construction projects.  

 

Our business office is located in Toano, Virginia.  We have completed work throughout southeastern Virginia, including Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Newport News, Norfolk, Hampton, Virgina Beach, Williamsburg, Gloucester, Suffolk, Smithfield, Richmond, Ft. Lee and various outlying counties.

 

Luxterra is a Class A Electrical Contractor (VA 2701-039043) and is a SWaM Certified Small Business (#709504). 

 

It is our belief that continuing this standard of quality electrical construction in a manner that meets required time constraints assures the continued success of Luxterra Electrical, Inc. in the years ahead.
