Electrical Journeyman / Mechanic

Qualifications:

• 5 years experience in Commercial & Industrial Electrical, Journeyman license preferred

• Highly motivated and career oriented and ready to work as a member of a team

• Possess High School Diploma or equivalent

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and work well with other employees to accomplish a common goal, and maintain a safe environment

• Reliable transportation, good driving record and valid VA drivers license

• Able to pass security and drug screens

• Possess excellent working knowledge of electrical tools

• Must be committed to perform high quality work

• Able to lift at least 50lbs

• Possess tools of the trade

• Must possess Journeyman knowledge of electrical codes

• Must be able to work on scissor-lift and high reach lifts up to 60 feet high

• OSHA 10 or better is a plus.

Job Skills:

• Commercial

• Light Industrial Electrical Installations

• Print Reading

• All types Conduit installations

• Wire pulling

• Slab rough-in

• Switchboards

• MCC install, etc.

Electrical Apprentice / Helper

Apprentice with one-on-one training as well as safety training. Project located at the Defense Supply Center in Richmond, VA. Apprentices already in the program preferred but some entry level positions available.

Qualifications:

• Highly motivated and Career oriented

• Ready to work hard and learn from experienced Electricians

• Possess High School Diploma or equivalent

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and work cooperatively under supervision

• Reliable transportation, good driving record and valid VA drivers license

• Able to pass security and drug screens

• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs

• Possess tools of the trade

• Must be able to work on scissor-lift and high reach lifts up to 60 feet high

• OSHA 10 or better is a plus.
