Herb Rowe, President Master Electrician #2701-114244
Herb is a master electrician with more than forty-five years of experience in the field and has managed Luxterra since 1992. Before coming to Luxterra, Herb worked for 16 years in various roles for Colonial Electric in Williamsburg, Virginia.
Herb's extensive experience and knowledge of the various aspects of electrical construction, efficient design and new technology directly benefits the owner for whom he is working. He has collaborated on many local lighting design, retrofit and renovation projects.
Mark Sanders, Vice President Master Electrician #2701-009035
Mark is a master electrician with more than forty years of experience in the field. Before coming to Luxterra, Mark worked for 10 years in various roles for Colonial Electric in Williamsburg, Virginia.
Mark's applied experience along with his abilities to motivate people and manage projects, results in jobs completed efficiently, effectively and on time. He has proved to be very detail oriented and diligent in pursuing the best workmanship possible. With his contributions to projects, clients are assured that they are receiving nothing less than the quality electrical construction they expect.
Nick Sanders, Vice President Master Electrician #2701-067380
Nick is a master electrician with more than twenty years of experience in the field. He has been with Luxterra for 12 years and his passion for all things electrical is obvious. Nick strives for excellence in everything he does, which shows in the projects he manages, consistently turning out the highest quality and best value possible.
Steve Smith, Vice President/Project Manager
Journeyman Electrician #2710-030280
Steve joined Luxterra in 2019 as a Project Manager and was promoted to Vice President in 2020. He came to us with over thirty-four years of experience in the electrical industry, including time as an Electrical Apprentice Instructor. Steve manages many of our commercial projects and is also our Safety Director. He holds his Journeyman’s license and OSHA 10 and 30 cards. Luxterra is very fortunate to have Steve on our team.
Jim Duckworth, Project Manager Master Electrician #2710-029754
Jim is a Master Electrician with more than forty-seven years of electrical experience. He came to Luxterra in 2020 and manages many of our commercial projects. Jim has many years of experience as an Electrical Apprentice Instructor and is extremely knowledgeable about the electrical trade. Jim’s determination and “go-getter” attitude makes him an essential part of our team.
Dave Krause, Estimator/Project Manager
Dave is an estimator/project manager who has been with the company for 16 years, first working in the field and then joining the office staff. He can usually be found behind his computer or at the plans table, bidding on projects or assisting with purchasing. Dave has contributed to numerous successful projects and continues to be a major role in our project management team.
Brian Cox, Estimator/Project Manager
Bryan is an estimator/project manager who has been with the company for 10 years, first working in the field and then joining the office staff. Since coming into the office, Bryan has worked many hours by Herb’s side, learning more about project management and job estimating. With his many years of field experience and the knowledge passed down from Herb, Bryan makes an excellent addition to our project management team.
Karen Robertson, Office Manager
Karen has been our office manager since 2016 and is the smiling face behind the voice you hear when you call our office! Karen's responsibilities include accounting and administrative work, as well as human resources and payroll.
