Luxterra Electrical, Inc. was established in 1992 by co-founders Herb Rowe and Mark Sanders, both seasoned Master Electricians with over 80 years of combined experience in the electrical construction trade. Under their leadership, we have grown into one of the premiere electrical contractors in southeastern Virginia.

Today we are proud to be a 3rd generation family owned business, with the additions of Vice President and Master Electrician Nick Sanders and Journeyman Electrician Cody Sanders.

Luxterra has a long history of successful preconstruction projects, ranging from design consultation and preliminary budgeting, to value engineering and permitting. Being involved early on in a project gives the entire team the best opportunity to be efficient, stay on schedule, get in front of issues and keep the project on budget.

We specialize in commercial, industrial, government, K-12, higher education and healthcare electrical construction, ranging from small renovations to multi-million dollar projects. Our work is spread throughout southeastern Virginia, from Richmond to Virginia Beach, to the Middle Peninsula and everywhere in between.
